BED BUG TREATMENT PREPARATION PROCEDURE

  • Remove all wall decor, including clocks
  • Remove all electrical wall plates and light switch covers
  • Take television sets away from furniture
  • Remove fire and CO² detectors
  • Remove all bedding and pillows, place in plastic bags and take to the laundry room, placing directly into the washing machine using hot water. Discard the plastic bags used. If washing is not possible for any item, dry it two cycle above 45°C. After cleaning, use new plastic bags to re-store.
  • Remove all clothing and other items, place in plastic bags and take to the laundry room, placing directly into the washing machine using hot water. Discard the plastic bags used.   • Dispose of all old mattresses, box springs or sofas if that are in badly infested or poor condition
  • Remove mattress and box springs from the bed frame and place upright against the wall
  • Disassemble bed frame
  • Vacuum the floor and all cabinet extensively, cleaning the vacuum immediately after
  • After treatment no body entry the home or treatment areas within 4 – 6 hours
